About Me
Hi. I’m Damon Smith- A former professional basketball player who’s found his second passion behind the camera. Today I’m a photographer, a proud Husband to my Wife and Father to two little ones; A busy 3 year old son and a sweet 1 year old daughter who keep life full of energy, joy and love.
Before photography, I spent a decade playing basketball overseas after College. That really shaped my life, teaching me focus, patience and the importance of working with people from all walks of life- skills I carry into my photography today. Photography for me has become more than just a career- It’s a way for me to continue seeing the world, connect with people, hear their stories and help them capture life’s important moments.
But nothing has impacted me more than becoming a husband and father. My family is the center of my life, and they inspire me daily to appreciate the small, meaningful moments that often pass by too quickly. That’s what photography means to me: slowing down, connecting with people and capturing the moments that matter the most.

While capturing stunning final photos or videos is important, my top priority is always making sure you feel comfortable and at ease. Once that foundation is established, we can then focus seamlessly on creating beautiful, memorable content together.

The photos of course look gorgeous out of camera but I add color correction, blemish removal, stray hair removal, sky replacement if needed, etc. I DO NOT do body modifications.
